Pinkney Property Management is headed by Nigel Ind who has over 45 years experience in the construction business in this area. He built a very successful local business in Tetbury and through this has built up a valuable contact list of reputable and reliable tradesmen.
We can be as involved as you like, from simply organising quotes to fully coordinating a project from start to finish. You are assured of absolute transparency, we present the quotes to you directly from the trades without adding any commission we simply charge an hourly rate. Alternatively if you have a budget we can also work within that.
Distant landlords or a holiday let, you need to be assured of a trustworthy and knowledgeable manager. We already look after a number of properties in the area, from simply a daily check to a full management system including dealing with tenants requests, we certainly take the strain out of property ownership.
